How can i do my makeup?

i’ve tried to copy several looks. [such as the pussycat dolls, victoria secret models' makeup, etc] but its just like, to much makeup. and it always looks out wrong. help me out!
how do i make my lips look bigger, my cheeks stand out more, and something to do with my eyes….

How do you get the eye makeup look that Nicole has in the Pussycat Doll’s music video “Beep”? (The green one)?

I love the look that Nicole has (the lead singer). It’s kind of a green smoky eye. I don’t know how to do it right. I’ve tried and couldn’t do it.
Its when she is by herself, not with the other girls. I think her hair is kinda braided….
