What’s the best curly perm ? Iso? I have naturally curly hair – would like the curls to be defined!!!?

Ok, I’ve finally decided to embrace my curls and love them vs. straightening/flat-ironing! I’m ready to release the curls I have heard about Iso Perm(s). i saw the music video for buttons and i saw a hair style that i want to try but i dont know how to get my hair like that

there are 2 blonde pussycat dolls in the music video and i want to get my hair style like the one who’s hair is half up half down and has that puff thing ontop of her head

i am going 2 a party and i want to put my hair in a mohawk but not the one were you shave the sides of your head. heres a picture of the sort of thing i want to do. (its the one with blonde hair on the right at the back)

How can I get this texture in my hair?

I have short hair which is longer on one side. I’m growing out because I hateeee it, but until then, I want it to look decent. When I wash it, its just wavy and shiny, which I liked when it was long, but it wont do anything now. I want to know how to get texture in my like this picture of Kimberly from The Pussycat Dolls. I also want to know how I can style it and make it look funky like hers.

I’ve seen a bunch of pictures of this hairstyle especially on the Pussycat Dolls and I cannot figure out how they make it look like that! I bet it’s really simple but I am terrible with doing hair. Does anyone know?? Here’s a picture:
