Should I let my 12 year old daughter and her friends go to a Pussycat Dolls concert unsupervised?

I would basically just be dropping them off an hour prior to the beginning of the show and picking them up immediately afterwards. They all have cell phones and emergency money, and I told them that if someone approaches them and asks them to exchange sex for money or tries to sell them drugs, that they should refuse and immediately report what just happened to the nearest adult authority figure. The thing is, one of the girls does not have parental permission to go to the concert, and I am taking her anyways, because her parents are uptight, an*l pricks who don’t know how to be fun or reasonable, is this wrong of me, as a parent? The 12 year old is my step-daugher, and my husband is totally okay with her being dropped off at a concert alone and growing up and being responsible. Back in our day, kids stayed home alone and took care of their younger siblings, they played outside, and they went to concerts at night and they roamed around the city all day.

My seven year old daughter wants Pussycat Dolls concert tickets. Should I get them for her?
